The Huntington Harbour Yacht Club and the SeaGate Yacht Club joined forces to host a truly memorable Halloween party held at the HHYC clubhouse. The event host was Mary Lou Espinoza who did a wonderful job with the planning. She was assisted with decorations designed and coordinated by Jeanne Woods.
The first task was to hang the webs, complete with spiders. Add some skeletons and pirate paraphernalia to achieve the desired ambiance.
It was early evening when the party goers started arriving. Some came by sea and others came overland. One was weirder than the next, but that is what we were hoping for.
There was no shortage of things to eat. There were before dinner snacks to enjoy and dinner was presented with a colorful array of vegetables and roast beef. Desert was a delicious cheesecake.
The strange cast of characters was entertained by a wonderful DJ who played the kind of music we wanted to hear and dance to. The bar was rocking with good company and the sixth game of the World Series. The results of the game added to the merriment of the evening. So enjoy the photos of the party goers - If you are lucky you may even recognize some of them behind their regalia.

Thanks to Mary Lou Espinosa and her team for a wonderful time.
